Learn how to make Firefox better using some of it's addons.
First of all, you can download any of these addons for your version of Firefox browser on https://addons.mozilla.org/.
1) FasterFox1) FasterFox - enables to surf the web at higher speed by using multiple connections to servers, and by prefetching and precaching of pages. The difference is pretty big, specially in sites with many frames/images.2) Mcafee Site Advisor2) Mcafee Site Advisor - enables your browser to alert you if you enter a website that is blacklisted (due to spyware or whatever). It simply shows a green light sign for trustable sites, yellow for suspicious and red for bad sites. It can get pretty useful when browsing and can help you prevent future problems with spyware or any other malicious codes.3) Tab Mix Plus3) Tab Mix Plus - improves even more the Tab navigation available in Firefox. It enables multiple commands like double click to close a tab and others. You can setup almost anything related to tab browsing using this addon.4) FoxyTunes4) FoxyTunes - enables media integration in Firefox (you can put the controls of any common media player in the menu bar of Firefox for easier access).5) ForecastFox5) ForecastFox - this little addon puts weather updates in your status bar. You simply select the area (global coverage), the type of information you want and it automatically changes when any new informations are available.6) Reveal6) Reveal - becomes very useful when you open 30 tabs and you simply don't know anymore which is which. This addon enables an option that creates thumbnails of all open windows for an easier access. You can also filter tab names by using search criteria.7) Flashblock7) Flashblock - like the name implies, it stops the flash content of web pages. Useful if you hate flash advertising on websites.
