Adding a bump to a photo in Photoshop

1. Open your file. Mine looks like this :

2. You need to reduce the saturation a little. Go to Image menu and select Hue/Saturation. Reduce the saturation by 30.

3. Press Ctrl + J on your keyboard to duplicate the original layer.

4. Select the duplicated layer and add some Gaussian Blur (Filters – Blur – Gaussian Blur). Apply a value of 2 px.

5. Change the blending mode of the selected layer to Soft Light :

6. Finally you can apply a photo filter to warm the image up (Image – Adjustments – Photo Filter) :
