In this short tutorial you are going to learn how to disable the annoying Windows XP feature that prompts you with a "Send error report" window whenever a program crashes.
Go to: Start > Settings > Control Panel > System > Advanced > Error reporting ![]() After selecting "Error reporting" you should be prompted with the following window: ![]() After selecting Disable error reporting > OK > OK you will never again be prompted to send error reports to Microsoft.

No, this is working right out of the box, all you need to do is close the registry and then pray for an error :)
