In this short tutorial you are going to learn how to disable the annoying Windows XP feature that prompts you with a "Send error report" window whenever a program crashes.
Follow this steps to completely disable the annoying  "Send error report" pop-up window.

Go to:
Start > Settings > Control Panel > System > Advanced > Error reporting

Do I need to restart the computer for this to work?

No, this is working right out of the box, all you need to do is close the registry and then pray for an error :)
